Rachel has been an inspiration to me. When I started a course of sessions with her earlier this year, I was very overweight and lacking a certain amount of confidence. I was treated with unfailing courtesy and consideration, and with much encouragement. Her advice on correct nutrition and the accompanying exercise helped me to be more flexible, but also to begin to lose some of the weight. I also appreciate Rachel's ongoing encouragement and concern. She is an exceptionally nice person, and her humour is also a welcome relief!
