PERSONAL TRAINING

ONE-TO-ONE FITNESS & NUTRITION

I’ll be taking you through a unique, tailored programme built specifically for you. I’ll be making sure the exercises we do remain safe, effective and suitable for your body-type and experience level, and that the process keeps in line with your health and fitness goals.

 

You’ll also learn how to fuel your body sufficiently and gain a handle on any unhelpful eating habits so that you can make independent, healthy food choices moving forwards. I don't believe in diet plans, restriction or crazy fads. Instead, we'll be taking a much more realistic and sustainable approach to your nutrition, using behaviour change techniques to help you adopt new healthy eating habits and banish the old unhelpful ones.

 

This isn't bootcamp and there'll be no yelling! I take a gentle, compassionate approach to coaching, providing all the guidance and encouragement you need to achieve your goals and maintain lasting results.

 

Personal Training is available at the fully equipped Onelife studio in Little Shelford, Cambridgeshire. When we train we’ll have exclusive access to the studio, which overlooks the surrounding countryside and provides a quiet and private gym experience.

Alternatively we can train online. Online training removes those barriers that have traditionally gotten in the way of in-person training: Gone are the days when you needed to factor in extra travel time or risk missing half your session stuck in traffic, nor are you forced to select a trainer purely on the basis of location. All you'll need to get started is internet access, a free Zoom account, and to be UK-based. Easy.
