Maybe You've Tried This Before...
Maybe you’ve committed to a plan and followed it meticulously for a while, only to find things start to slip when life gets busy.
Maybe you’ve told yourself “I just need more willpower,” “I need to be more disciplined,” or “I’ll start again on Monday” more times than you can count.
And each time it doesn’t stick, it knocks a dent in your self-confidence. You feel guilty and frustrated, and you start to doubt whether change is even possible.
You wonder:
Why does this feel so hard?
Why can’t I stay consistent?
What’s wrong with me?
But here’s the thing:
You’re not lazy.
You’re not unmotivated.
And you’re definitely not broken.
Most programmes focus on short-term results and getting there fast — pushing too hard, too soon, setting unrealistic expectations, and assuming you’ll suddenly have endless time to prioritise fitness above all else.
You’re expected to overhaul everything at once and sacrifice enjoyment in the name of fast results.
And when the programme ends, you're supposed to know how to keep it all going.
So when motivation dips — as it inevitably does, because life gets busy and unpredictable — everything falls apart. And when that happens, it’s easy to blame yourself.
But that’s not your failure. It’s a flawed system. Because no one ever taught you the foundations you need to create lasting change.

What If Taking Care Of Your Health Didn't Feel So Hard?
Imagine approaching your health with clarity instead of confusion — knowing what to do, why you’re doing it, and how to keep going when life gets busy.
Instead of starting over again and again, you’re building something safe, steady, and sustainable. Something that fits in with your life, rather than taking it over.
You’re moving your body because it feels good, not because you think you “should.”
You’re making food choices based on internal cues, not external rules or pressure.
And you’re learning to trust yourself again, because you now have an approach that supports instead of constrains you.
You Don't Need Another Plan To Follow
RESET was created for women who want to take care of their health in a way they can maintain — not just now, but long after the programme ends.
RESET is not about doing more, pushing harder, or being “on it” all the time. It’s about building strong foundations.
Foundations in how you move — developing strength, confidence, and body awareness.
Foundations in how you eat — learning what “healthy” looks like for you, and building a positive relationship with food.
Foundations in mindset — understanding what’s been getting in the way, and learning how to approach things differently this time.
Rather than asking you to overhaul everything at once, RESET helps you slow things down, prioritise what really matters, and build small, sustainable habits that fit into your life.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much time will it take to complete the programme? RESET is designed to be completed over six weeks, with around 3–4 hours per week for workouts, learning booklets, and reflective exercises. That said, the programme is completely flexible — take it slower or move through faster if that suits you. RESET has been built to flex with your life, not the other way around.
Is this a fitness or nutrition plan? Not in the traditional sense. There are no strict rules, rigid meal plans, or super-hardcore workouts. RESET helps you build a sustainable, intuitive relationship with movement and food — one grounded in self-trust, compassion, and choice. The workouts follow a clear, progressive structure to help you build strength and confidence safely. I’ll guide you through exactly what you’re doing and why it matters, so you feel supported every step of the way. There’s no requirement to complete every workout: You’re encouraged to listen to your body and move at your pace.
Is this programme just for women? RESET is designed for women and those who identify as women. The content speaks to the lived experience of navigating health, body image, and self-worth in a world that can make unrealistic demands on us.
Is this therapy? No — while RESET is emotionally supportive and may feel therapeutic, it’s not a substitute for therapy. If you’re receiving mental health support, RESET can sit beautifully alongside it, but shouldn’t replace it.
Will I need a gym membership or special equipment? No gym required. RESET is designed for at-home training. Most exercises use just your body weight, though a few simple items will enhance your experience: • Long resistance bands • Short resistance bands • A door anchor (to rig up your bands) • Two pairs of dumbbells (approx. 3kg and 5kg) If you’ve got enough room to lunge forward and swing your arms comfortably, you’re good to go. Everything else is explained in the Getting Kitted Out lesson.
What if I have injuries or a medical condition? If you’re managing an injury, illness, or taking medication, please check with your doctor before beginning. I provide modifications for many exercises, but in some cases, 1:1 coaching may be a better fit. If you’re unsure, reach out — I’m happy to guide you.
Is there a cancellation or refund policy? Yes. If you’re not completely happy, just let me know within 14 days of signing up and I’ll issue a full refund* — no hard feelings. RESET isn’t for everyone, but if you’re ready for meaningful, lasting change, I’m confident you’ll love what’s inside. *Minus admin and card processing fees.
How long do I have access to the programme? You’ll get lifetime access to the full programme, including future updates. RESET is about long-term change — so you can revisit the content anytime you need a boost, a reminder, or a reset.
Can I join from outside the UK? Absolutely. RESET is 100% online and available worldwide. All you need is an internet connection and a little time set aside for you.
