How RESET works

RESET is a 6-week online coaching programme designed to help you break the stop-start cycle and start laying the groundwork for sustainable, long-term change. 

It combines structured training with learning and reflection, so you’re not just following a plan, you’re understanding what’s actually been getting in the way.

Because the problem was never a lack of effort or willpower. It was second-guessing yourself, losing trust in your body's signals, slipping back into all-or-nothing patterns when things got harder.

 

RESET helps you see those patterns clearly, and start responding differently.

Inside RESET, you’re not just building fitness. You’re building:

  • an approach to training and nutrition that adapts as life changes

  • a more stable, supportive relationship with your body

  • the ability to stay consistent when life doesn't go according to plan. 

 

Over time, that changes everything: You stop relying on external rules, you stop seeking validation, you start trusting your own instincts, and you stop starting over.

Clear, practical guidance to help you cut through the noise and understand how to fuel, recover, and structure your training in a way that works for your body. 

Mindset + behaviour work
Tools and reflective exercises to help you recognise patterns, challenge unhelpful thinking, and start responding differently. 

Ongoing support
Email access throughout, so you’re never left second-guessing or unsure what to do next.

RESET is designed to be followed in order, but you can move through the programme at your own pace. The structure is there to support you, not rush you.

You’ll also have lifetime access, so there’s no pressure to complete everything within six weeks. You can return to it as often as you need to.

Frequently asked questions

How much time will it take to complete the programme? RESET is designed to be completed over six weeks, with around 3-4 hours per week for workouts, learning booklets, and reflective exercises. That said, the programme is completely flexible, and you can take it slower or move through faster if that suits you. RESET has been built to flex with your life, not the other way around.

Is this a fitness or nutrition plan? Not in the traditional sense. There are no strict rules or rigid diet plans, and there’s no requirement to measure, log, or track data. RESET is a coaching programme designed to help you build a sustainable, intuitive relationship with health, fitness, and nutrition. The workouts and learning materials follow a clear, progressive structure to help you build strength and confidence safely, and you’ll be guided through exactly what you’re doing and why it matters, so you feel supported every step of the way.

Is this programme just for women? RESET is designed for women and those who identify as women. The content speaks to the lived experience of navigating health, body image, and self-worth in a world that can make unrealistic demands on us.

Is this therapy? No. While RESET is emotionally supportive and may feel therapeutic, it’s not a substitute for therapy. If you’re receiving mental health support, RESET can sit beautifully alongside it but shouldn’t replace it.

Will I need a gym membership or special equipment? No gym required. RESET is designed for at-home training. Many of the exercises use your body weight, though a few simple items will enhance your experience: • A set of long, looped resistance bands • A set of short, looped resistance bands • A door anchor (to rig up your bands) • A couple of sets of dumbbells. If you’re new to strength training, 2 x 3kg and 2 x 5kg is a good place to start. If you’ve got enough room to lunge forward and swing your arms comfortably, you’re good to go. What if I have injuries or a medical condition? If you’re managing an injury, illness, or taking medication, please check with your doctor before beginning. I provide modifications for many exercises, but in some cases, 1:1 coaching may be a better fit. If you’re unsure, reach out, I’m happy to guide you.

Is there a cancellation or refund policy? Yes. If you’re not completely happy, just let me know within 14 days of signing up and I’ll issue a full refund. * RESET isn’t for everyone, but if you’re ready for meaningful, lasting change, I’m confident you’ll love what’s inside. *Minus admin and card processing fees.

How long do I have access to the programme? You’ll get lifetime access to the full programme, including future updates. RESET is about long-term change, so you can revisit the content anytime you need a reminder or a reset.

Can I join from outside the UK? Absolutely. RESET is 100% online and available worldwide. All you need is an internet connection and a little time set aside for you.
