You’re here because something inside you is ready for a change — but maybe you’re not sure where to start, or how to make it stick.
Maybe you’ve tried before. Set the goals. Found the willpower. Tried to push through.
But then motivation fades, momentum slips, and before you know it, you're back at square one.
RESET is about breaking that cycle.
It’s not about doing more. It’s about doing things differently — from the ground up.
This is the foundational work that most programmes skip over. The mindset shifts. The belief-building. The internal clarity. The sustainable habits. The why behind your goals. The how behind your consistency. The self-respect behind every choice.
We look at where you are — honestly and without judgement — and begin rebuilding from there.
RESET is the first step that changes everything.
Because when your foundations are strong, progress becomes something you can build on, rather than something you keep chasing.

Who this is for
RESET is for women who are ready to stop the cycle of frustration and false starts and begin building something that lasts.
This programme is for you if you:
Feel stuck or overwhelmed by the confusing and conflicting advice around fitness and nutrition.
Want to reconnect with your body in a way that feels empowering, not punishing.
Are tired of quick fixes and ready to build sustainable habits that fit your life.
Struggle with motivation that fades quickly and want to understand how to nurture lasting belief in yourself.
Know that true change starts with mindset and values, not just willpower or discipline.
Are looking for a compassionate and flexible experience that adapts to your needs and schedule.
It's probably not for you if you want:
A quick fix or overnight transformation.
A rigid, one-size-fits-all plan with strict rules and no room for flexibility.
Coaching that focuses solely on calorie counting or punishment-based approaches.
A programme that ignores mindset and the bigger picture of sustainable wellbeing.
Someone else telling you what “perfect” looks like for your body or your life.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much time will it take to complete the programme? RESET is designed to be completed over six weeks, with around 3–4 hours per week dedicated to the workouts, reading through the toolkits, and completing the reflective exercises. That said, this programme is entirely flexible—there’s no pressure to stick to a rigid timeline. You’re free to move at a pace that suits your life, whether that means taking more time or moving through the content more quickly.
Is this a fitness or nutrition plan? Not in the traditional sense. RESET isn’t about rigid rules or strict plans. Instead, it’s about creating a sustainable, intuitive relationship with movement and food—one that’s grounded in self-trust, compassion, and choice. That said, effective training still benefits from some structure. The workouts are thoughtfully sequenced to help you build strength, skill, and confidence in a way that’s safe and progressive. I’ll be guiding you through each step, explaining what you’re doing and why it matters—so you’ll feel supported, not overwhelmed. There’s no pressure to complete every workout or stick to the schedule. You’re encouraged to listen to your body, take rest when needed, and move in ways that feel good for you. This is your journey, and you get to set the pace.
Is this programme just for women? RESET is designed for women and those who identify as women. It speaks to the lived experience of navigating health, body image, and self-worth in a world that often demands too much and offers too little.
Is this therapy? While the programme may feel therapeutic and emotionally supportive, it’s not a substitute for therapy. If you’re currently navigating mental health challenges, this programme can be a beautiful complement—but not a replacement—for professional care.
Will I need any gym equipment or a special space to work out? No gym required! The programme is designed for at-home training. Many exercises use just your body weight, though I recommend a few basic pieces of kit to enhance your experience: • Long resistance bands • Short resistance bands • A couple of sets of dumbbells And as long as you’ve got enough space to lunge back and forward and swing your arms about, then that’s all you need. Everything else is explained in the Getting Kitted Out lesson, but if you have questions, just reach out—I’m here to support you.
What if I have injuries or a medical condition? If you’re managing an injury, illness, or taking medication, please check with your doctor before beginning. I will provide exercise modifications, but in some cases, one-to-one private coaching may be more appropriate for you. If you’re unsure, get in touch—I can help you decide what’s best for your body.
Is there a cancellation policy or refund guarantee? Yes! If you’re not completely happy, let me know within 14 days of signing up and I’ll issue a full refund.* This course isn’t for everyone—if you’re after a quick fix or a beasting, this might not be the right fit. But if you’re ready to lay the groundwork for lasting, meaningful change, I’m confident you’re going to love what’s inside. * Minus admin and card processing fees.
How long will I have access to the programme? You’ll have lifetime access to all of the programme materials, including future updates. This is about building something that lasts, and I want you to be able to return to the content whenever you need a reminder or a reset.
Can I join from outside the UK? Absolutely. The programme is 100% online and available worldwide. All you need is an internet connection and a little time set aside for you.
