Maybe it's inconsistency, or overthinking. Maybe it’s knowing what to do, but not fully trusting yourself to do it yet. Maybe nothing obvious is wrong, it just doesn’t feel as clear or habitual as it could.

 

This is where one-to-one work becomes useful. It’s where we make it more personal

 

We look at how things are actually playing out: Where you’re second-guessing, where things feel uncertain, what’s working, and what isn’t. And we adjust from there.

 

Over time, you learn what your body needs and how respond accordingly.

 

There’s no fixed template, this work is shaped around you. Your training history, your preferences, your goals, your lifestyle.
