Workshops
Movement quality intensives
These small-group workshops are designed to help you get more from your strength training by improving the quality of your movement.
Rather than focusing on pushing harder or lifting heavier, the emphasis is on refining the fundamentals that underpin effective training: breathing, stability, alignment, control, tempo, and how your body works as a single, connected system during exercise.
The aim is not to chase “perfect form”, but to help you move with more awareness, confidence, efficiency, and control, so your training feels and works better for you.
Inside the workshops, we explore these principles through a range of exercises using a simple, at-home setup. Together, we experiment with small changes in setup, movement, and exercise variation to improve the comfort, control, and overall quality of your training.
Sessions are practical, hands-on, and interactive. You’ll spend most of the workshop moving, experimenting, and applying concepts in real time, with plenty of individual coaching and feedback throughout.
Groups are kept to a maximum of 6 people, allowing space for personalised attention while also creating a valuable shared learning environment. Observing how other people move is often a useful way to recognise similar patterns in your own training.
You’ll leave with:
-
A better understanding of how your body moves and responds to different exercises.
-
Greater awareness of what creates stability, control, and effective movement during training.
-
Practical ways to adapt exercises and equipment to suit your body and environment.
-
More confidence experimenting with tempo, setup, equipment, and movement variations.
-
A more thoughtful, flexible, and sustainable approach to strength training overall.
