Workshops

Technique intensives

These small, focused workshops are designed to help you get more from your current strength training.

The emphasis isn’t on volume or intensity, but on movement quality — refining technique and adjusting how you lift so you get better results from what you’re already doing.

The workshops are built around a minimal, at-home setup, showing you how to make the most of simple equipment and bodyweight exercises, without needing access to a full gym or lots of different kit.

Each session is practical and hands-on. We look at how you’re currently moving, how things are feeling, and where small adjustments can make a big difference.

Groups are kept to a maximum of 4 people, allowing plenty of time for individual feedback while also creating a useful shared learning environment. Observing how other people move can often make it easier to recognise similar patterns in your own training.

You’ll leave with:

  • A better understanding of how your body moves.

  • How to get more out the equipment you already use at home.

  • A clearer sense of what to focus on when you work out.

  • A more flexible and effective approach to your training going forward.
