But lasting change has less to do with rules, restriction and discipline, and more to do with understanding ourselves: Why we do what we do, what keeps getting in the way, and how our thinking shapes the choices we make. 

 

The Long Game is a weekly newsletter exploring self-awareness, consistency, and lasting change through the lens of fitness and nutrition.

 

Each Friday, I share a short read (around 3–4 minutes) combining thoughtful observations, practical insights, and ideas to help you:

  • understand your behaviours more clearly

  • build consistency without perfection

  • navigate setbacks without starting over

  • step away from extremes and all-or-nothing thinking

  • make choices that align with what matters most

 

This isn't a collection of hacks, tips, or shortcuts. It's an exploration of how meaningful change really happens.
