The focus is on creating something steady and supportive — building confidence in yourself and consistency in your routine that doesn’t fall apart the moment life gets busy.

Because this isn’t about fads or short-term fixes, it’s about building strong foundations that support long-term change.

How it works

Foundations is a 6-week online coaching programme designed to help you build a more sustainable relationship with fitness.

The programme includes structured strength training to help you feel stronger, more confident, and more capable in your body.​ These sessions are practical, progressive, and beginner-friendly, with an emphasis on movement quality, adaptability, and learning how to approach exercise in a way that feels safe and supportive, rather than punishing.

Everything is designed around a simple at-home setup, using minimal equipment so that your training can fit easily and realistically into your life.

Alongside the physical training, the programme combines mindset work and reflection, so you’re not just following a plan, you’re learning how to better understand your body, your habits, and the patterns that shape your relationship with food and exercise.

You’ll learn how to:

  • read and trust your body’s signals

  • adapt when life gets busy

  • course-correct without guilt

  • and respond to yourself with more kindness and self-compassion.

 

Rather than relying on discipline or perfection, Foundations helps you build greater awareness, trust, and confidence in yourself over time.

 

Because those are the foundations that support lasting change.

What's included

Each week combines four key elements:​

Structured strength training + mobility work
Fully guided sessions to help you reconnect with your body and build strength gradually and safely.

Evidence-based learning
Clear, practical guidance to help you cut through the noise and understand how to fuel, recover, and structure your training in a way that works for your body. 

Mindset + behaviour work
Tools and reflective exercises to help you recognise patterns, challenge unhelpful thinking, and start responding differently. 

Ongoing support
Email access throughout, so you’re never left second-guessing or unsure what to do next.

Foundations is designed to be followed in order, but you can move through the programme at your own pace. The structure is there to support you, not rush you.

You’ll also have lifetime access, so there’s no pressure to complete everything within six weeks. You can return to it as often as you need to.

Frequently asked questions

How much time will it take to complete the programme? Foundations is designed to be completed over six weeks, with around 3-4 hours per week for workouts, learning booklets, and reflective exercises. That said, the programme is completely flexible, and you can take it slower or move through faster if that suits you. Foundations has been built to flex with your life, not the other way around.

Is this a fitness or nutrition plan? Not in the traditional sense. There are no strict rules or rigid diet plans, and there’s no requirement to measure, log, or track data. Foundations is a coaching programme designed to help you build a sustainable, intuitive relationship with health, fitness, and nutrition. The workouts and learning materials follow a clear, progressive structure to help you build strength and confidence safely, and you’ll be guided through exactly what you’re doing and why it matters, so you feel supported every step of the way.

Is this programme just for women? Foundations is designed for women and those who identify as women. The content speaks to the lived experience of navigating health, body image, and self-worth in a world that can make unrealistic demands on us.

Is this therapy? No. While Foundations is emotionally supportive and may feel therapeutic, it’s not a substitute for therapy. If you’re receiving mental health support, Foundations can sit beautifully alongside it but shouldn’t replace it.

Will I need a gym membership or special equipment? No gym required. Foundations is designed for at-home training. Many of the exercises use your body weight, though a few simple items will enhance your experience: • A set of long, looped resistance bands • A set of short, looped resistance bands • A door anchor (to rig up your bands) • A couple of sets of dumbbells. If you’re new to strength training, 2 x 3kg and 2 x 5kg is a good place to start. If you’ve got enough room to lunge forward and swing your arms comfortably, you’re good to go. What if I have injuries or a medical condition? If you’re managing an injury, illness, or taking medication, please check with your doctor before beginning. I provide modifications for many exercises, but in some cases, 1:1 coaching may be a better fit. If you’re unsure, reach out, I’m happy to guide you.

Is there a cancellation or refund policy? Yes. If you’re not completely happy, just let me know within 14 days of signing up and I’ll issue a full refund. * Foundations isn’t for everyone, but if you’re ready for meaningful, lasting change, I’m confident you’ll love what’s inside. *Minus admin and card processing fees.

How long do I have access to the programme? You’ll get lifetime access to the full programme, including future updates. Foundations is about long-term change, so you can revisit the content anytime you need a reminder or a refresh.

Can I join from outside the UK? Absolutely. Foundations is 100% online and available worldwide. All you need is an internet connection and a little time set aside for you.
